Detoxing is something that I never go without doing.  There are so many different detoxes and ways to detox.  But when doing one, you have to be very careful not to over detox.  Detox can be by juicing, eating, smoothies, pills, cleansing foods, and the list goes on.  It’s important to know why it’s important to detox.


When you detox, you are giving your body a break.   Our bodies work all day and all night and a lot of the times with foods that shouldn’t be entered into the body.  Have you ever felt tired and had no reason why?  Over time, stress, everyday toxins, and many unhealthy habits wreak havoc on our bodies.  Your body is saying it’s time for restoration.  It wants to be restored back to functionality.  We have to keep our liver, kidney, colons, lungs, and skin healthy.  Your body fights everyday to do just that but sometimes it needs a little help.
